Construction Updates

Construction Update Sep 2023

Currently, Decode, the chosen builder, is in the process of preparing for the concrete pouring of the lower basement slab. We anticipate that the slab for basement level two will be ready within the next two months. The external cladding and brickwork are still in progress, and the installation of services such as, plumbing and electrical has begun to the majority of the constructed townhouses. Additionally, the installation of windows in the existing townhouse blocks are nearly finished, including roofing, which will pave way for the commencement of internal wall sheeting and fitout works, such as joinery and stone installation in the upcoming months. It is expected that completion of The Henley to occur towards late Q2 2024, with settlements forecasted to commence from late June/ July 2024.
