The Gladstone Village-Merrylands

The Gladstone Village is in the final stages of construction before it is completed. Now that the structure has been completed and the façade safety screens have been removed, the exteriors of these remarkable buildings have been revealed in all their intricate detail. For the lower levels, the joinery and tiling are complete, and the final clean and defect inspections are taking place in preparation for handover. Roadworks and streetscape works have commenced and are on track for completion to service our buildings and the future stages in our master-planned precinct. With handover expected soon, Quartz, which consists of 363 apartments spread over three buildings, residents will enjoy a range of resort-style amenities including a swimming pool, BBQ area, and landscaped open spaces. The tenancy fit-out works will be coordinated closely with an exciting mix of retail operators which will be announced shortly.
