Construction Updates

Q3 2024 Project Update
Stage Two – Buildings D & E We are excited to share that we have now completed the external façade works on buildings D and E. The unique podium brick, designed by architects Woods Bagot, took 2 months to complete and utilised over 550,000 bricks across both buildings and is a true standout feature of Mason & Main. The project is progressing well with the completion of all wall, ceiling, flooring, tiling and joinery fit outs. The team is now focusing on the installation of the premium fixtures and finishes, including the integrated Fisher & Paykel appliances and stone bench tops that further enhance the project’s quality. The resident-only amenity levels are also underway. The rooftop garden landscaping has commenced and is expected to be completed in the coming months. The level one podium amenity floor works are progressing well, with the structures of the pool, gym, and pavilion now complete, paving the way for the final fit out.
