Construction Updates

Q2 2024 Project Update

Over the last quarter, both stages at Mason & Main have hit significant milestones. Stage One – Buildings A, B & C Building C has now received its Occupation Certificate, meaning all three buildings are now complete. Resident's are starting to move into the Nation operated buildings and enjoy the amenities and communal areas. Stage Two – Buildings D & E The structural works on both buildings have achieved the remarkable milestone of topping out. This means the building structure is now complete, paving the way for the team to focus on internal fit out. The exterior brick façade has made captivating advancements making the two buildings a standout feature from the street. The unique architectural feature that is the podium brickwork has also come to life, aesthetically tying the whole precinct together. The team has also made strong gains in the fit out phase, working hard to install walls, ceilings, floors and joinery. With approximately 450 workers on-site each day, we are making tremendous strides across both buildings, ensuring the project stays on track. Retail There are multiple tenancies working on their fit outs across ground floor and level 1 which are expected to be completed in the coming months. These retail tenancies include, One Playground, Macelleria, San Churro, Hilltop Childcare, Oakberry, Mase & Co, Peanut Butter Bar, Iftar Lebanese, Hayat Turkish, and Yuzu Dining.
