Hills Showground Village - Construction Update June 2024

Deicorp is close to reaching a key milestone in its construction of the Hills Showgrounds Village, with the transfer slabs nearing completion which will pave the way for work on the upper levels of the residential towers to commence. Scaffolding and screens will be installed over the next month as work progresses on the 20-four residential buildings that form part of the mixed-use project. Coordination among the trades, including scaffolders, form-workers, electricians and plumbers, is pivotal in ensuring seamless progress and adherence to our rigorous standards. Boasting 430 apartments across four buildings next to the Hills Showground Metro Station, the designed development will include a retail podium with a supermarket, specialty shops, commercial space, and a public plaza, that will bring a new style of living to the local area.
