Construction Update Q1 2023

The developer continues to deliver on Carson on the Park's vision and is dedicated to ensuring that this is realised for future residents. A significant amount of stormwater re-diversion has been completed on-site, enabling site establishment, road construction, and public domain works to be finished this quarter. The site has now been excavated of over 45,000 cubic metres of soil. Construction of the basement walls has begun, with the external foundations completed and the internal foundations well underway. Within a short period of time, the internal basement structure will begin to take shape.
