Construction Updates

Q2 2024 Project Update

Over the last quarter, the team has made significant progress on the exterior façade and internal fit out works throughout the project. The exterior façade is a statement feature for this project, and the team have been working hard to bring this to life. To date, the on-site team has laid 400,000 bricks, which is 40% of the total amount of bricks for the project. A further 28,000 bricks will be laid each week from now until completion. Building B & C Apartments and Building D Terraces are progressing with the interior fit outs, including the installation of floors, joinery doors, and windows, as we transform the structure into a functional space. Building E Terraces are following closely. The temporary structure surrounding the terraces has now been removed, making way for exterior façade and internal fit out works to commence while Building A Terraces' temporary structure has started to be removed. Over on Stage Two, bulk excavation is complete, and preparation works for the first pour of concrete slab on the ground floor have commenced. Construction of the crane base has also begun in preparation for the crane assembly.
