About the roles

As a Sales Manager, responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Represent the business at key regional industries and events
  • Set the sales strategy/targets/budgets and ensure delivery
  • Recruit agents and build up a strong sales team
  • Work with Head Office to ensure the Regional team succeed in achieving high-profit levels
  • Establish individual business plans annually for each agent
  • Conduct regular one-on-one to ensure agents are on track to achieve their personal goals
  • Conduct effective and motivating weekly meetings & training sessions
  • Work one-on-one with agents to improve their performance and skill-set
  • Identify and work with external agents
  • Ensure all matters relating to the sales activities satisfy OFT guidelines


As Sales Agents, responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Cold calling / Client prospecting
  • Buyer call-backs
  • Handle prospective buyer enquiries via phone and email
  • Bring in new listings and maintain existing listings
  • Database management
  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct open homes and private inspections

To succeed in the roles

  • Previous experiences as a Sales Manager or Sales Agent
  • Previous experiences within the property/real estate industry
  • Sound understanding of the property market
  • A current Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence, or Certificate of Registration
  • Proven track record and success in sales in the real estate industry
  • Desire to achieve targets and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well developed computer skills and be good with technology
