About The Roles
As a Property Manager, your responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Manage a prestigious portfolio of residential properties
- Prospect and bring in new listings
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conduct Ingoing/Outgoing/Routine inspections
- Resolve maintenance and property repairs
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds
- Ad hoc duties
As a Leasing BDM, your responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Prospect and bring in new listings
- Conduct inspections
- Handle leasing inquiries
- Online advertising & marketing
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
- Ad hoc duties
About You
- A genuine desire for the industry
- At least 1-year of experience in a similar role
- Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration is essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English is a must
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office
- Experience using Property Tree is highly regarded
- Able to work independently and/or in a team environment
- High level of professionalism and corporate presentation
- Current driver’s licence
